The Director, Business Development requires a self-motivated, driven individual that will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers in Dallas. They will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads which includes researching external and internal systems as well as documenting progress in the company CRM. They must attend local industry events, build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to future sales. They will work closely with local Client Managers and the Division Lead of the South-Central region to cross-sell all applicable services.
