About The Position

We are seeking a senior Business Development leader to lead and scale strategic partnerships across the global domain ecosystem. This role will focus on building deep, trusted relationships with registrars and other key domain industry partners to drive adoption of the DOMA protocol and compliant domain tokenization. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role for someone who understands the Web2 domain industry inside and out and is excited to help modernize it with new infrastructure. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network, driving platform adoption, and converting industry relationships into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the domain name industry
  • Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Strong understanding of: Domain lifecycle
  • ICANN environment
  • Aftermarket dynamics
  • Portfolio valuation
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-growing companies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Web3, blockchain, or tokenization (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Prior experience launching new platforms or products in regulated environments
  • Background in marketplaces, fintech, or infrastructure platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance, KYC, and risk frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development Build and manage strategic relationships with ICANN-accredited registrars and other domain industry partners
  • Lead partnership conversations from first engagement through contract, integration, and go-live
  • Drive adoption of DOMA and tokenization workflows across partner ecosystems
  • Integration & Platform Adoption Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to: Support partner integrations and onboarding
  • Align technical, compliance, and commercial requirements
  • Remove friction from onboarding
  • Drive partner enablement and activation post-signing
  • Ensure partners are successfully monetizing and scaling on the platform
  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership Build and manage a robust supply-side business development pipeline
  • Own partnership revenue targets and contribution to overall platform growth
  • Forecast, track, and report partnership performance
  • Structure commercial terms, incentives, and rollout plans
  • Industry Leadership & Market Intelligence Represent the company at industry events (ICANN, ICA, NamesCon, regional conferences, etc.)
  • Maintain deep awareness of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
  • Provide feedback into product and strategy based on partner needs and market signals
  • Strategic Program Development Help design and scale programs for: Portfolio tokenization
