This role will help shape and execute the Vizergy sales strategy working with hotels and property management companies across North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Exhibit a high degree of flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing environment.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a combination of revenue management, hotel eCommerce, and/or marketing/sales or providing services and solutions to hotels in revenue management, eCommerce, and/or marketing/sales.
  • Demonstrated ability in ensure achievement of client objectives and company financial objectives through understanding of client objectives and influencing and directing internal product and operations teams.
  • Executive presence in addition to strong networking skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis.
  • Excellent analytical, problems solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Candidates will have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
  • Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation and sales skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Executes Vizergy sales strategy and secures new business with hospitality partners for their digital marketing and technology services as well as agreements for on-going, account management support.
  • Demonstrate multi-disciplinary sales strength and expertise in a fast-paced software services environment.
  • Drives an individual pipeline, sources new opportunities & negotiates new agreements with industry partners across the North American region.
  • Manages sales and marketing activities to create brand awareness, educate and provide subject matter expertise to the hospitality industry.
  • Provides support for operational/support issues during the implementation and handover process to account management.
  • Conducts pro-active sales, pipeline and proactively discussions with sales team members and executive leaders on the successful closure and acquisition of new client deals.
  • Establish business strategies and processes that results in the achievement of highly aggressive goals while developing forecasts for sales volume, product mix, selling price, and market penetration by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and industry competitors.
  • Anticipate customer issues and recommend actions to maximize their return on investment.
