About The Position

Our HGS Network schools offer students the opportunity to earn a U.S. high school diploma and prepare to enter top universities. We’re seeking a Director of Business Development, LATAM to drive regional growth, own revenue targets, and expand strategic partnerships across Latin America. This role is ideal for a U.S. expat or internationally experienced leader with deep LATAM market knowledge and a strong track record in education, EdTech, or digital learning solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development or sales leadership
  • Experience selling education programs or digital learning solutions in LATAM
  • Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese required
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Experience working in cross-border, multicultural environments

Nice To Haves

  • U.S. expat or U.S.-educated professional preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategy across LATAM
  • Own regional revenue targets and pipeline growth
  • Build and manage key client, partner, and distributor relationships
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with company goals
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to executive leadership
