About The Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Drives business growth by developing and maintaining multiple internal and external business relationships; understanding and managing mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits; and supporting engagement and dialogue with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and realize value propositions and subsequent business objectives. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Drives development and implementation of business development initiatives by developing business plans, supporting programs, and services; directing the business development effort from sourcing to contracting; evaluating customer demand for and viability of current and future initiatives with partners; evaluating impact and risks of programs; developing risk mitigation plans; overseeing program implementation efforts in concert with the program and product management teams; and guiding the program development, marketing programs, and services usage programs. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas. Directs and oversees business unit budgets and financials by reviewing and analyzing monthly profit and loss accounts and payments received; evaluating budget trade-offs to maximize return on investment and balance cost versus quality; approving project budgets that support optimal business performance; and modifying budgets to meet changing business priorities. The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
