About The Position
Slingshot Aerospace is seeking a Director of Business Development to engage with U.S. Department of Defense and Civilian Agencies involved in space operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, converting them into awarded Programs of Record. The position requires a deep understanding of government agencies, their structures, mission priorities, and procurement methodologies, leveraging this knowledge to develop customer leads and engagement plans.
