About The Position

As the Director of Business Development for Power Generation at ENTRUST Solutions Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic business development plan for the firm. This position involves close collaboration with Business Unit Leaders to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for preparing the annual business development budget and developing client proposals as needed. Additionally, you will participate in the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring that our offerings are presented effectively to potential clients. Your role will also encompass the development, monitoring, and oversight of all business development activities for the power generation team. This includes conducting bi-monthly business development meetings to assess progress and strategize future initiatives. You will be tasked with creating comprehensive marketing, sales, and advertising plans, while also maintaining and nurturing quality relationships with clients. Presenting to both potential and existing clients will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, requiring strong communication and presentation skills. In this dynamic position, you will assist and participate in various other business development activities as required, contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm. Your expertise in the power generation industry will be crucial in identifying opportunities and driving initiatives that align with ENTRUST's mission to provide exceptional consulting and engineering services.
