The Director, Business Development – Partnerships focuses on developing relationships with our partners and growing business through this channel. Responsibilities Revenue Growth: Attain bookings and revenue goals for self. Own the partnership sales pipeline, revenue targets, ensuring growth. Partner Management Collaborate with existing partners, manage relationships and grow based on the book of business. Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and establish partnership SoPs. Sales Strategy and Business Development: Reach set sales quota through growing existing relationships and new contacts/opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting solutions and capabilities, generating pricing and proposals, pipeline management, leading customer meetings, and managing engagements. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system. Build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships inclusive of cultivating partnership relationships to upsell accounts with additional product and services. Collaboration: Work with sales leader and extended sales team, marketing, delivery and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication to initiatives that drive awareness of capabilities and offerings. Market Intelligence: Be aware of and stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to most effectively position our solutions.
