About The Position

Techno Brain Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales - Managed Services to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the managed services sector. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in IT Professional Services sales, extensive experience in revenue generation, and the ability to develop and implement effective go -to -market strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading a high -performing sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible revenue -focused roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling IT Professional Services.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as Head of Sales or similar.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Demonstrated success in carrying and achieving an annual sales quota of $4 -$5 million or more.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
  • Proactive in developing and leading sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing sales across multiple geographies and working in diverse cultural environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AI -based enterprise solutions and their application in the managed services sector is also highly preferred.
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for managed services, aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high -performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing managed services deals in midmarket business industries.
  • Implement effective go -to -market strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C -level executives, through face -to -face meetings, phone calls, and email communications.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales quotas of $4 - $5 million or more.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Leverage industry insights and market trends to drive sales success.
  • Identify and map new accounts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Execute a proactive hunting strategy to identify and secure new clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic recommendations.
  • Utilize an analytical mindset to drive decision -making processes.
  • Developing and presenting regular sales reports and insights to the executive team. For example, "Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to the executive team, providing data -driven recommendations."
