About The Position

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Drive home & life consumer IEOT design win activities and develop new global customer pipeline, especially in home appliance, cleaning robot, and media product segments. Create the home and life GTM and growth strategy, especially for China, US, and Korea market where top home & life vendors are located Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners and customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and feedback and defining business and product solutions working with stakeholders Analyze market trend and competition to identify product and solution gaps and recommend suitable product strategies for competitive roadmaps Validates business cases and develop and recommend regional and customer specific pricing strategies to improve financial performance Set clear goals and KPIs to manage the progress to achieve business goals and drive the delivery of business revenue results Maintain monthly demand forecast updates for home & life business, and ensure proper business planning and product support in collaboration with all internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
  • OR
  • Associate's degree and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
  • OR
  • High school Diploma or equivalent and 14+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
  • This position will require the ability to travel internationally up to 40%
  • This role is U.S.-based, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering
  • MBA, MS, or PhD
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer electronics, mobile, TV, and/or IOT areas
  • 10+ years of multimedia technology experience (video, graphic, display, camera, and audio)
  • 10+ years of global leadership and customer facing experience in sales, marketing and business development in relevant industries
  • 10+ years of semiconductor SoC experience in engineering, PdM, BD, and/or sales
  • Multi-lingual, preferably in Chinese
  • 5+ years of CE industry experience in home appliance, cleaning robot, and media area
  • 10+ years of negotiating business agreements with internal and external stakeholders (customers/partners)
