Job Description: Position Purpose: Responsible for the development of strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience for all end customer audiences leveraging the Andersen division channels. This leader will leverage insights from the audience group, marketing and industry factors (competitors, channel dynamics, customer relationships, building codes, product needs) to influence product deployment, marketing mix and influence the necessary deployment of sales resources required to support customer audiences to deliver world class customer experience and to win in the market. This leader must have specialized understanding of the customer audience and associations with other influencers to navigate and create vision for audience group.

Requirements

  • Proven customer-facing experience (sales, customer experience and marketing)
  • Makes evidence- and data-based decisions, manages and drives accountability based on metrics, and leverages insights and analytics from CRM,
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of sales process, pipeline management & forecast planning for unique audience group.
  • 10 Demonstrated segment/audience experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role influencing sales and leaders preferably within a matrixed, team-based organization to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and influence strong cross functional business relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
  • Expert understanding and demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategy through geo, segment, key accounts, channel and applicable programs.
  • Experience with and knowledge of building materials industry/fenestration/channel/market trends
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate within and across channels/enterprise
  • Demonstrated change management leadership and DEI focus by spending the appropriate energy and resources working with the sales teams to drive and create change at all levels.
  • Excellent communication & collaborative skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding profitability of the customer audience group.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development – leverage market insights to determine the necessary deployment of product, marketing, sales, and support resources needed to achieve a targeted growth outcome in their “market”
  • Ability to create vision and gain alignment and present strategic plans to segment/key account and channel leaders then convert that into an ongoing operational program with defined/measurable outcomes, resource planning and prioritization
  • Balance and mitigate with customer/channel/audience/enterprise conflict, maintaining a clear vision for the greater good of the company and preserve the customer experience.
  • Synthesizes and leverages data from all areas to make decisions for the audience group – champions CRM and technology.
  • Influence and coach key people leaders and non-direct reports to rally towards team selling and create accountability within audience group for high performing teams.
  • Foster collaboration between other functional leaders, marketing and stakeholders working to support the audience group and drive effective business decisions to grow the business.
  • Leading Change – this role will drive change and support adoption of organizational initiatives and champion the go to market strategy and execution.
  • Leader & coach of leaders and teams operating within a matrix organization.
  • Provide leadership to foster and create accountability within teams.
  • Build highly collaborative, result driven, customer focused and innovative teams.
