About The Position
BAE Systems is hiring a Director - Business Development and Capture Management to support our Platforms and Services (P&S) Sector. This Strategic Capture role will serve as the Capture Team Leader (CTL) that is responsible for Capture Management of strategic programs to include winning executable business, leading the pursuit from opportunity identification through transition to contract execution, and keeping the senior leadership team abreast of status at all times. This position location is negotiable, ideally this position will be located near a US P&S site as it will require regular travel to P&S sites for direct engagement with product lines and capture teams. Travel will be 25% - 50% based on business location and lifecycle of captures.
