About The Position

The Director of Business Continuity Management (BCM) will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery programs across Baptist Health. The Director of BCM requires a strategic thinker with expertise in healthcare operations, risk management, disaster preparedness, and business continuity planning. The Director will work closely with all levels of leadership including executive leadership, clinical and non-clinical departments, and external partners to ensure that Baptist Health's resilience in the face of disruptions and emergencies.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Emergency Management or related field.
• 10 or more years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or emergency management.
• At least 8 years in a leadership role within the healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business continuity programs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards related to business continuity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business continuity software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant business continuity certifications required or ability to obtain within the first year of hire.
