About The Position
As a member of the Global Legal & Compliance (GL&C) Strategy & Alignment team, you will inform executive cadences and agendas for the GL&C Executive Leadership Team (ELT), guide strategic decision making oversee time-bound strategic initiatives, and oversee the department's PNL, expense management and annual budget and financial planning processes in partnership with Corporate Finance and other enterprise partners. You will develop executive level presentations for various internal and external audiences, including the LMG Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. You will act as a liaison between GL&C practice groups (PGs) and teams, functional partners and corporate groups to drive increased collaboration, strategic alignment, and expense discipline across the GL&C department. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to the GL&C Executive Leadership Team and other senior executives across the enterprise. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in strong strategic thinking and execution, a proven track record and experience with delivering on department-wide budget and financial planning activities, reinforcing a culture of expense discipline, aligned to department to LMG priorities. This candidate should have the ability to lead cross functional projects, interface with senior leadership and welcome challenging situations and assignments.
