The Director of Brand Strategy is responsible for shaping and advancing the brand strategy for Humana, Reliance, and CarePlus to drive business growth, brand relevance, and long-term value. This role sets the strategic direction for brand-led marketing initiatives, developing breakthrough advertising and campaign strategies that resonate with target audiences while performing in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the AVP, Brand & Experiential Marketing, this role is a senior leader in the Marketing Organization and part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. The Director of Brand Strategy leads the development of brand frameworks, audience strategies, and integrated campaign approaches that elevate Humana Insurance, Reliance, and CarePlus across the marketplace. This role partners closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Data & Technology to ensure brand strategies are grounded in insight, executed with excellence, and deliver measurable business impact. This position is ideal for a seasoned marketing leader with deep brand strategy expertise who can influence at the enterprise level and translate vision into results.
