About The Position

Your Job: The Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing, protecting, and advancing the health system’s brand across all markets, channels, and touchpoints to support growth, reputation, and patient loyalty. This role provides strategic leadership for brand positioning and consumer marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with the public relations, communications, and campus marketing team, as well as the various business unit operation leaders across the organization. The director must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong drive for both excellence, organization, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences from an accredited college or university.
  • 7 years of experience in related field
  • Comfortable with CRM technologies
  • Demonstrated success with advertising analytics, budgeting. and reporting
  • Understanding of graphic design processes and graphics team management
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong process orientation
  • Detail-oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to provide vision and leadership
  • Ability to plan and schedule the work of others
  • Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
