Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in Brand Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people leadership experience
  • Experience driving results in a matrix environment
  • Direct responsibility and ownership of media budgets
  • Proven experience in campaign development process and governance structure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive brand strategy aligned with the brand's vision, mission, and values.
  • Lead Integrated Brand Marketing and Product Content teams, providing strategic input to activation, media, and social media teams.
  • Own the Integrated Brand Plan, partnering with portfolio and channel teams to build effective strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and experiences across all channels.
  • Create meaningful connections with consumers through storytelling and integrated activation.
  • Foster a consumer-first mindset by understanding consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop a learning plan to adapt to changing consumer and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive brand growth by attracting new consumers and encouraging existing consumers to purchase more or higher-priced products.
  • Collaborate with portfolio, channel, sales, and digital teams for alignment and execution excellence.
  • Track and report on brand and campaign performance, recommending optimization actions for maximum ROI.
  • Provide strategic direction for new product launch strategies and tactics.
  • Ensure quality marketing and communication objectives in partnership with product marketing.
  • Align brand priorities with portfolio marketing and collaborate with activation teams for effective execution.
