Your leadership will be crucial in elevating our brand presence and reputation globally. You will take a data-driven approach to understand audience needs and drive innovation across our content mix, formats, channels, and tone. You will set the agenda for our broader marketing content approach and collaborate on flagship global campaigns to enhance market presence and drive growth. Additionally, you will lead the brand news and copy program, which serves as the editorial engine for various marketing platforms, ensuring that all content reflects McKinsey's commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth. Your role will also involve directing our organic social media program and client impact storytelling, ensuring that we effectively communicate our successes and the transformative impact of our work. Furthermore, you will engage colleagues across the firm in our brand content agenda, building collaborative relationships with various practice areas and regions.
