About The Position

This position will manage the strategy, new program recommendations, administration, and communication for the full range of benefit offerings and programs, including retirement, medical, dental, life and disability insurances, leaves of absence, employee assistance programs, flexible spending accounts, HSA, wellness and similar benefits. This role will collaborate with various internal and external global stakeholders to further expand effective benefit offerings supporting the retention and recruitment of Keenova employees globally. Oversee the day-to-day administration of the US benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness and other employee benefits, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Human Resources Benefits work experience with demonstrated success in a variety of business environments and in roles of progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Outstanding, current knowledge of regulations, regulatory requirements, benefit policies and practices.
  • Unquestioned integrity and ethics in the application of such standards.
  • Current knowledge of trends in Benefit functional best-practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global benefits strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives that meet the diverse needs of employee across different regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and communicate global benefits strategies.
  • Recommend changes to benefit program designs based on business case analytics, return on investment, cost assessments, internal culture and strategic objectives, and external market practices.
  • Provide effective communication and coordination across business groups, both internal and external to the HR function, to improve efficiency and achieve desired results.
  • Manage benefits budgets, forecasts, and cost‑containment initiatives; analyze utilization and financial trends to inform decision‑making.
  • Lead vendor selection, contracting, performance management, and renewal negotiations for carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure strong financial stewardship and value realization.
