About The Position
The position is responsible for the strategic direction, alignment, design, and oversight of all benefit plans for employees in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. The role involves developing and implementing health benefits strategies, managing compliance, and ensuring that benefits programs meet employee needs while being cost-effective. The position also includes overseeing leave management, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and vendor relationships, as well as managing a team of benefits analysts and an immigration specialist.
