As the Director, Business Development at Venn, you’ll lead and scale our BDR organization (currently ~5 BDRs) and build a pipeline engine. This role owns inbound conversion and outbound execution, working closely with Sales and Demand Generation to drive a consistent, high-quality pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about BDR development, coaching calls, tightening talk tracks, improving conversion rates, and building the operating cadence that keeps pipeline predictable and scalable. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and wants to build a strong foundation in Business Development.
