About The Position

We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Director of Banquets to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams. Our Director of Banquets will support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last goodbye. Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience working in banquets, with a min. of 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Advanced knowledgeable of banquet operations
  • Strong leader
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Having a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
