Trustmark is looking for an experienced Director, B2B Marketing to join the team. Lead the integrated marketing strategy for Trustmark Small Business Benefits (SBB) across broker and employer/employee audiences. Partner closely with Sales and Client Management to set strategy and provide direction for—and hands on execution of—campaigns that grow SBB market share. Drive MQL generation and nurturing, collaborate directly with outside brokers on sales requests and promotions, and set the creative strategy for broker and employer marketing initiatives. Oversee proactive, producer supporting campaigns and employer/employee communications that educate, engage, and convert. Manage the SBB marketing team to ensure our website, portals, and microsites are on strategy and up to date; establish the annual editorial, marketing, and social calendars; and lead content development for sales initiatives, social, and the SBB blog. Build, manage, and execute the strategy for high impact broker engagement programs and employer engagement series/events that advance growth objectives.
