About The Position

The Director, Audience Intelligence is a pivotal role within CMI Media Group, responsible for leading the overall strategy, development, and execution of both the Market Intelligence and Social Intelligence teams. This position requires a self-starter who can independently manage all aspects of social listening, quantitative and qualitative research, as well as secondary and syndicated market intelligence operations. The Director will own relationships with third-party partners and manage social listening and market research tools, acting as the Audience Intelligence lead for assigned client relationships. The Audience Intelligence team at CMI Media Group is dedicated to providing audience data, insights, and research solutions that enhance client understanding of their core audiences. This role involves working closely with a team of analysts to deliver audience intelligence solutions that directly impact media and communication strategies for clients. The Director will also be responsible for the professional growth and development of the team, focusing on social listening data analysis, market research strategy, and execution. In this capacity, the Director will serve as a connector of social and market intelligence data across client and internal agency teams, providing thought leadership and innovative ideas to improve data presentation and enhance internal systems. The ultimate goal is to grow clients' businesses and improve program outcomes through data-driven insights.
