Raytheon Legal Contracts and Compliance (LCC) is seeking an experienced corporate business lawyer with a broad background in international operations, transactions, governance, cross-border assignments, and compliance. Reporting to the Raytheon Senior Director and Deputy General Counsel - Strategy and International, the Director will serve as a lead supporting Raytheon's international business pursuits and will work closely with other colleagues across Raytheon and RTX to advance Raytheon's international business portfolio.
