About The Position

In this role, the Director Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, which includes preparing and coordinating communications, complex calendar management, and organizing meeting logistics for both internal and external appointments. The position also involves handling travel arrangements, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary, and tracking key deliverables while following up on outstanding items. The Director Assistant will manage a variety of unique projects based on the director's needs and assist with employee onboarding and recruitment processes. Additionally, the role requires the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and driving business results. This includes creating staff meeting agendas and organizing all-hands meetings. The Director Assistant will also be responsible for making online orders, reservations, and other accommodations for the director's personal life, showcasing their ability to learn new technologies quickly and improve internal business processes and standard operating procedures. Acting as a liaison between departments, vendors, and leadership staff, the Director Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
