About The Position
The Director - Asset Management will oversee the entire spectrum of asset management for a growing portfolio of new development/construction deals as well as manage new lease ups and existing, stabilized assets within the portfolio. The Director will be supported by the Asset Management analyst team and will be required to supervise and mentor analysts to perform tasks and to facilitate greater productivity within the group. The hire for this role will also be required to interface across multiple teams including Development, Construction, Accounting, Operations, Leasing & Marketing, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets.
