CASES is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to provide clinical and administrative leadership across its ACT Department. ACT is an evidence-based practice serving adults (18+) diagnosed with serious mental illness, many of whom have co-occurring substance use disorders and histories of involvement with the criminal legal system. Through a mobile, multidisciplinary team approach, ACT delivers integrated treatment, rehabilitation, case management, and support services designed to promote recovery, housing stability, employment, and improved quality of life. Under the direction of the Senior Director of ACT, the Director of ACT will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational functioning of multiple ACT teams, including ACT, Forensic ACT (FACT), ACT Alternative-to-Incarceration (ATI), and Young Adult ACT. The Director will provide technical assistance, clinical guidance, and leadership support to Team Leaders; monitor program budgets; ensure fidelity to the ACT model; and foster staff cohesion and workplace satisfaction. In collaboration with the Senior Director, the Director of ACT will support effective program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to individuals served across the department.
