We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Artificial Intelligence to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across the global organization. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning AI projects with business goals, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions.

  • Drive end-to-end program management for AI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain AI program roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects and ensure teams are equipped to meet deliverables. Develop budget plans, manage and deliver as per plan.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of AI programs and measure delivered value.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Digital Transformation, AI, Natural Language Processing, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, data science, or technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project).
  • Ability to travel globally (as needed) and ability to work across time-zones.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, Generative AI platforms
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with data governance and AI ethics frameworks.
  • Regulatory requirements such as AI Act / GDPR.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodology.
