Lifespace Communities is looking for an experienced Director of Area IL Sales to drive Independent Living (IL) occupancy and sales performance across multiple Lifespace communities in our Texas region. This role leads sales strategy, supports Community Sales Directors, strengthens pipelines, and ensures each community meets — and surpasses — its occupancy goals. What You’ll Do Lead regional IL sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Coach and mentor Community Sales Directors to strengthen pipelines and conversions Analyze market data to identify opportunities and improve competitiveness Partner with Executive Directors and marketing teams to drive qualified leads Support community teams with tours, presentations, and closing strategies Align pricing, value positioning, and sales strategies with senior leadership Lead area sales meetings and ensure unified execution across all communities
