We're here for it. We think you should be too. We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Director, Architecture - Marketing Technology. This position is fully remote. This role is an Individual Contributor/People leader position.

  • Develop and lead the long-term strategic architectural vision for the company's marketing technology stack.
  • Design and implement a scalable and secure MarTech architecture that seamlessly integrates with existing business systems.
  • Define technical standards and best practices for the selection and use of marketing technologies in collaboration with other architects.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of various marketing platforms, including Customer Data Platforms, Orchestration Engines, Personalization Engine, Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management, Measurement and Analytics tools.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, technology, sales, and data/analytics teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging architectural trends and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and managing a complex, enterprise-level MarTech stack that delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience with identifying and helping manage architectural risks, technical debt, and interdependencies.
  • Experience defining Enterprise Technology strategy: designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape and key platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, and data governance in a marketing context.
  • Ability to architect and document complex solutions that integrate diverse systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in various software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer journey and personalized experiences, and campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise's business strategy and operations.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture or equivalent technical fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in management roles overseeing engineering or architecture teams.
