About The Position
The Director of Architecture & Construction (A&C) at Marriott Vacations Worldwide is a full-time leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing various construction projects within the West Region. This position ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with brand standards. The Director will lead new resort developments, refurbishments, and renovations, acting as the single point of accountability for project execution and stakeholder engagement.
