We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Apptio Application Engineering Manager to join our Enterprise Transformation Organization team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is preferred
• 12+ years of experience in a systems SCM environment; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Strong expertise in software engineering and application delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Apptio delivery across multiple Pods, specifying, designing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions to support strategic business and financial management and decision-making
• Lead Apptio design and implementation activities across multiple pods.
• Lead solution design across the Apptio planning and financial suite.
• Define approach and process for monitoring SCM activities across all applications.
• Support delivery of AI outcomes within the Apptio toolset and across the wider ecosystem.
• Interact with varied levels of management and development groups in support of the SCM effort.
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
