About The Position

As a Director of Applied AI at DEPT®, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our delivery processes through AI solutions. You will work closely with the delivery team to enhance workflows, project planning, resourcing, and budgeting. This position requires a blend of project delivery expertise and AI strategy, allowing you to consult with clients and internal teams to drive impactful results. You will also support AI transformation consulting services and contribute to new business development efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applied AI consulting/strategy experience in the delivery space.
• Direct experience using AI solutions for delivery (project planning, resourcing, etc.).
• 7+ years of delivery experience.
• Extensive knowledge of AI solutions for delivery.
• Experience creating tooling recommendations and implementation roadmaps for AI solutions.
• Strong point of view on where AI makes sense and where it doesn't.
• Experience working with nationally and globally recognized brands.
• B2C and B2B experience.
• Preferably significant digital agency experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration, client relationship, and leadership skills.
• Experience navigating cross-functional teams and dynamics.
• Flexibility to travel for work meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the delivery team to determine how AI can best enhance their workflows and tools.
• Partner with delivery leadership to drive future delivery models and adapt to the changing landscape of digital marketing and media.
• Stay updated on key AI solutions for delivery and pursue relevant partnerships.
• Provide ongoing AI education to the delivery team.
• Serve as a consultative partner to the DEPT delivery team during the development of proprietary AI solutions.
• Support AI strategy engagements across all services and offerings.
• Champion the work by understanding our partners' business needs.
• Support business growth opportunities and client relationship development.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-discipline teams within the agency and clients.
• Participate in new business development and thought leadership opportunities.
