As the Director of Revenue Cycle Applications, you will be responsible for managing the solutions specific to areas of responsibility including full life cycle management, from strategic planning, deployment, and maintenance of the launch of solutions and platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, contributing to growth of the organization, promotion of patient and user experience and creating innovative solutions with operations, fostering strong working relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to align technology solutions to the goals of the system, promoting the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, budgeting, and management/administrative tasks assigned. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. This role will lead multiple functions, including patient access, registration, health information management (HIM), medical coding, and document management into a cohesive strategy to optimize revenue and enhance patient satisfaction. Oversight of our HIM, Cadence, and Grand Central/Prelude teams.
