About The Position

RWJBH is seeking a Director for APP Administration to oversee Oncology APP operations, The director is responsible for management and oversight of Oncology APPs Duties include but not limited to scheduling, payroll, evaluations, recruitment and education of staff Focus on development of clinical practice using principles that enhance quality and safety in the oncology service line

Requirements

• Graduate from NP program with certification in adult gerontology or FNP
• Physician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program
• 5 to 10 years of clinical oncology experience
• Current NJ APN/PA license required
• NCCPA certification required
• CDS required
• DEA required
• RN required
• BLS required

Nice To Haves

• 2 to 4 years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical teams
