The APEX Product Strategy role is responsible for defining and driving the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and growth roadmap for the APEX platform. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to ensure APEX solutions align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. The individual will operate at the intersection of market insight, product direction, and executive decision-making , translating complex inputs into clear strategic choices and actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
  • Significant experience in product strategy, product management, or platform strategy within enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of platform-based products, subscription models, and ecosystem-led growth .
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Product & Portfolio Strategy Define and evolve the end-to-end product strategy for the APEX platform, aligned with company vision and growth priorities.
  • Own the product portfolio framework, including segmentation, value propositions, and lifecycle management.
  • Identify white-space opportunities and recommend build, buy, or partner strategies.
  • Market & Customer Insight Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to incorporate customer use cases and industry-specific requirements into the roadmap.
  • Translate external signals into clear strategic implications for APEX offerings.
  • Roadmap & Execution Alignment Work with Product Management and Engineering to convert strategy into prioritized roadmaps and investment plans.
  • Ensure alignment between near-term execution and long-term platform strategy.
  • Support major roadmap reviews, business cases, and executive presentations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on APEX-related product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and go-to-market alignment.
  • Enable internal stakeholders with clear narratives, frameworks, and decision support.
  • Metrics & Business Impact Define success metrics for product strategy initiatives and track progress against business outcomes.
  • Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy in partnership with Finance and GTM teams.
