About The Position
The Director, Annual Giving is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and managing a portfolio of donors in local communities committed to ensuring equitable education for all children. This role involves developing and executing a long-term vision and strategy to achieve development goals for both public and private funding. The Director will partner with Executive Directors, regional advisory board members, and other fundraisers to maximize giving and play a key role in new donor strategy and acquisition over the next 3-5 years. The position aims to raise $1-3 million or more from a portfolio primarily composed of private funders, ensuring effective engagement with donors across all stages of the donor life cycle.
