About The Position

The Director Analytics Business Integration role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and communicating the needs of business units that can be addressed through advanced data and analytics solutions. This position leverages global analytics assets to deliver tangible value and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth within the assigned area or region. The role also leads efforts to elevate analytics maturity by developing and executing a comprehensive Analytics Roadmap in close partnership with business leaders, IT, and strategy teams. The goal is to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively integrated into business processes, enabling informed decision-making and measurable results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or related.
  • Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, research, statistics, applied mathematics, data management, business intelligence, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis that includes translating insights into recommendations
  • 5+ years of experience in managing / leading experienced technical teams
  • 5+ years of consulting experience is highly desired

  • Experience as a business partner to the line executives they work with by understanding the broader business context and applying marketplace-gained insights to drive decision making.
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives and support multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Experience with a fact-based approach that sets/measures performance against clear metrics.

  • Ability to provide innovative approach to problem solving and demonstrate a history of such.
  • High level of cross-functional business & operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Thought leadership: Proactively drives insights and shares ideas and initiatives supporting that business unit growth and innovation agenda. Actively seeks feedback and improvements to drive higher value and speed of solutions.
  • Establish business case: Identify business units or functional area needs that can be addressed with Data and/or Analytics assets. The business case includes dollar amount saved or revenue generated through the implementation of analytics.
  • Prioritize and coordinate: Work with the rest of the Analytics and/or Data Services teams to build clear roadmaps and timelines for the delivery of data analytics projects, initiatives, requests, and efforts. Setup regular meetings with stakeholders to provide status update or change priorities.
  • Communication: Establish a plan for regular communication of relevant business and consumer insights to the appropriate teams. Deliver effective and compelling communication across the organization to ensure that insights impact the business decision process.
  • Leadership: Lead teams of Business Coordinators, Data Experts and Analysts to leverage best practices of data analytics reporting technology and methodology throughout the whole organization.
