About The Position
DaVita is seeking a Director for its Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) division, which focuses on renal population health management for approximately 80,000 patients with end-stage renal disease and late-stage chronic kidney disease. The Director will lead the healthcare analytics team, responsible for developing and executing strategic priorities for reporting and analytics to enhance nephrology practice partnerships and performance. This role involves creating analytic plans, overseeing reporting tool development, managing a team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support provider partners.
