About The Position
The Director of Ambulatory is responsible for leading the operational and financial performance of all physician enterprise activity under UF Health St. Johns. These lines presently include primary care, pediatrics, and concierge medicine. The Director plans and directs the operational activities of the medical practices including staffing, practice growth and improvement, financial performance, workflow optimization, EMR efficiency, and customer service. Plays a key role in business strategy development for UF Health St. Johns through implementation of new medical practices. Develops and leads adherence of organizational policies and procedures for all ambulatory practices. Accountable for operational and financial performance results of medical practices.
