Job Objective: Directs outpatient operations to ensure provision of high quality, cost effective medical services. Directs overall clinical, quality, administrative and fiscal aspects of the organization. Provides leadership and oversight of the performance of Clinical Service Practice Managers and or senior level clinical professional staff. Job Description: Education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business or other related field Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or other related field Licensure/Certification: N/A Experience: Required: Three (3) years of related management experience Preferred: Healthcare experience; program or site management experience Reports To: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), VP of Ambulatory Services Supervises: Managers, Supervisors and leads, Clinical and non-Clinical Staff Ages of Patients: N/A Blood Borne Pathogens: Minimal/ No Potential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Applies management theory and leadership styles as appropriate to situation, Controls expenditures to within division-wide budgeted amounts, Ensures the delivery of quality patient care through the nursing process, Facilitates teamwork and effective flow of ideas, Implements, integrates, and maintains Performance Improvement Program, Provides for professional growth and development of staff, Written and verbal communication skills
