About The Position
The Director, Alumni Strategy and Engagement will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy aimed at engaging Southern California Teach For America (TFA) alumni and propelling alums into high-impact roles within schools, school systems, and other key sectors. This role will focus on driving alumni talent into leadership positions, particularly in Southern California, with a special emphasis on advancing opportunities for alumni of color. By cultivating a robust alumni network, fostering strategic partnerships, and leveraging data-driven insights, the Director, Alumni Strategy and Engagement will ensure the successful engagement and activation of alumni. Additionally, this role involves supporting regional talent-matching events, optimizing data systems, and contributing to broader regional team initiatives.
