  • Understand business needs and convert them into technical specifications
  • Communicate with Senior Management
  • Develop and design Java batch processes
  • Coordinate with offshore leads to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Work with the team as a process-oriented lead and adhere to the organization's product development standards
  • Advise on Design for Optimized Data Access
  • Work with other development groups to understand/gain access to the new Field Desktop
  • 5+ years of experience in development
  • Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming concepts and design
  • Good understanding and experience in Java and JavaScript technologies
  • Interactive filtering via visualization
  • Strong data analysis and data quality assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills and willingness to work across time zones
  • Client-side JavaScript technologies including AngularJS and JQuery
  • SQL skills and a thorough understanding of database constructs
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and proven track record of operational efficiency
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as planning, memory, tool use, and autonomy (experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI Functions, etc., is a plus)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs or generative models
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who has a strong base in web technologies and design concepts
  • Experience with performance testing and improvement
  • Ability to develop and follow change management processes for consistent and maintainable versions
  • Exposure to the financial services industry
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, PaLM), transformers, and/or generative models
