We are seeking a Director, AI & Automation to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide automation and AI initiatives. This role combines technical depth in integration and AI engineering with strategic leadership responsibilities, driving scalable automations, AI-assisted workflows, and data pipelines across the enterprise. As a hands-on leader, you will guide the architecture and design of automation frameworks primarily with Workato but also taking into consideration other frameworks including Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Slack while building and mentoring a high-performing team. You will also partner with executives and other stakeholders to ensure automation and AI programs align with business priorities, improve efficiency, and enable transformative customer and employee experiences.
