About The Position

As a Senior AI Agent Engineer you will be a key contributor to Publicis Sapient's Agentic AI transformation initiatives. You will design, prototype, and deploy AI Agents that revolutionize how enterprise clients operate-across marketing, operations, analytics, and decision-making. This role blends firsthand engineering with strategic client engagement, offering both technical depth and executive visibility. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field (master's preferred).
Proficiency in Python, LangChain / CrewAI / Swarm, OpenAI API, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma), and API integration.
Proven experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data, marketing ops, or decision intelligence platforms.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities; confident presenting to C-level audiences.
Effective partner to global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, high EQ, and fluent in both technical and business domains.
Based in or willing to relocate to NYC; open to travel across client sites in the Northeast.

Responsibilities

Architect and build AI Agents using LLMs, APIs, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, Swarm).
Integrate agents with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Salesforce, SAP, and HubSpot.
Rapidly prototype and iterate toward production-grade solutions in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
Partner with Global Delivery to scale agentic solutions across enterprise environments.
Leverage and extend Publicis Sapient's AI product suite (Bodhi, CoreAI, Slingshot) to accelerate delivery and ensure reusability.
Collaborate with global capability centers to maintain technical consistency and code quality.
Act as a trusted advisor to CxOs and senior stakeholders on AI transformation and agentic architectures.
Lead executive workshops, client pitches, and demos showcasing AI Agent capabilities.
Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business outcomes.
Co-create AI roadmaps and proposals with Consulting, Experience, and Data teams.
Drive internal accelerators and sprints focused on next-gen agent frameworks.
Stay ahead of trends in LLM orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, and enterprise AI patterns.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in agentic delivery and AI-driven design.
