About The Position
The Director of Affinity Based Engagement at Phillips Academy is responsible for leading efforts to engage alumni through shared identities, interests, and common goals. This role involves assessing alumni connections, developing strategic programming, and managing volunteer relationships to enhance alumni engagement across various communities, including Af-Lat-Am, LGBTQ+, athletics, and military alumni. The director will work closely with the alumni engagement team and other departments to ensure effective programming and outreach.
