Raytheon’s Advanced Technology (AT) business is seeking a Director, Advanced Technology Requirements & Capabilities (R&C) – Effectors & Space (E&S), Integrated Kill Chain Architecture (IKCA) to lead business development efforts in a high-priority growth area. The Director will play a critical role in shaping and advancing strategic pursuits across the Integrated Kill Chain Architecture portfolio by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and aligning internal capabilities with mission needs. As part of the AT R&C team, the Director will be tasked with driving early customer engagement, translating mission needs into actionable strategies, and influencing program development and investment priorities. This position requires strong leadership to guide a cross-functional team, establish a strong presence, and provide technical thought leadership within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) community. The Director will define the domestic development strategy for AT at the OSD level and secure critical program funding to ensure Raytheon maintains technical superiority in delivering both kinetic and non-kinetic effects on targets. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the market and the ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and strategy teams to position Raytheon for sustained success in a rapidly changing threat landscape. The Director will report to the AT R&C Director for Effectors and Space.
