Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Provider (APPs). The Director is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, operational excellence, and professional development of the APP workforce at Nemours. This individual will lead a team of APP Managers and oversee the entire APP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance. The Director will serve as the primary advocate for APPs, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Director will also serve to represent the administrative and practice interests of Nemours Jacksonville to the APP team. The director is responsible for establishing a framework for leadership and governance, recruitment and workforce development, education and professional development, clinical practices, quality outcomes reporting, and compliance. The director will be a member of the senior leadership team at Nemours in Jacksonville. The director will allocate their time equally between administrative duties (0.5 FTE) and clinical responsibilities (0.5 FTE) within their respective specialty. The director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Nemours Children’s Health is an internationally recognized children’s health system.
