This role is accountable for driving sales, retaining payment volume and revenue across a segment of Community issuing financial institutions in the Pacific Northwest (WA/OR/AK) region. This includes the proactive creation and execution of opportunities to drive net new growth while retaining and growing the existing portfolio. This role requires the ability to clearly articulate the Visa value proposition to various audiences, independently explain critical contract terms and effectively negotiate to secure mutually agreeable contracts with Community issuers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employing disciplined sales practices, including but not limited to building and maintaining a robust pipeline, developing and executing against a territory management plan, and delivering on ambitious sales quotas and OKRs. The ideal candidate must be an experienced sales and business development leader who has worked in the payments ecosystem and maintains executive-level relationships with banking and credit union clients. This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. Visa will accept applications for this role until at least December 29, 2025.
